We have litigated the rights to some of the most valuable marks in America. Numerous companies and sports teams with household names have relied upon us to litigate and protect their trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted material from illegal and unauthorized use. We are routinely called upon by carriers to defend claims of this nature covered under the advertising injury provisions in their insurance policies.
